In cooperation with our client from Eastern Europe we are recruiting for Field Cluster Manager position available. Job description for successful candidate: – Holds accountability for the Field Cluster and the associated infrastructure – Provides input (based on Field actual, reservoir estimations, etc.) and proposal for Mid Term Planning / Life of Field plan (Asset reference plan), Field budget (Opex), investment budget (Capex), production plan incl. abandonment propositions – Accounts for day-to-day routine Field operations and ensures compliance with HSEQ – Plans, coordinates and monitors production – Holds accountability for approval of work order lists and proposed work programs – Approves and monitors maintenance (agreed programs for planned and unplanned subsurface / surface maintenance) and creation of cost estimates – Holds accountability for parameter data availability, the identification and design of requirements / opportunities for facility maintenance / optimisation – Holds accountability for identification, prioritisation, execution and monitoring of improvement opportunities – Acts as a representative of the company to relevant area authorities and local Unions Successful candidate profile: -University degree in chemical or petroleum engineering or similar -Over 10 years of experience in petroleum/ oil & gas industry -Extended experience in Field Management (mature fields operations, production operations, production technologies, engineering and maintenance, lifting of oil & gas, drilling, facility/ asset management, managerial interrelationships, interaction with authorities, etc.) -Extended experience in "value optimised" Asset/ Field Management ("life cycle oriented productivity/ cost management", optimisation of running costs and of return on investment) -Knowledge standards and Best Practices in production/ technology/ engineering, legal requirements, etc. -Strong personal commitment for HSEQ -Holistic understanding of strategy from Corporate to Field management -Knowledge of planning and economics incl. financial management (Opex, Capex, investment decision making) -Team leader skills, experience in managing of technical groups -Communication and negotiation skills as well as managerial experience -Proven track record (motivation, responsibility, people management, etc.) -Potential for personal development -Very good command of English (spoken and written) -Competent with the use of computers If you are interested in this vacancy and you fill all criteria please send us your CV for consideration.
