Customer Development Manager – Lahore

Customer Development Manager
Lahore Plans, organizes, directs and controls all activities related to improving customer market share, sales and profitability, including but not limited to customer registration, activation and telemarketing.
Responsibilities Include:
Builds and Controls strategic plans to attain sustainable growth and advantage by building customer loyalty.

Develops and executes strategies, aligned with overall corporate and store objectives.
Develops, maintains and improves customer base, retention and growth of key customer variables.

Ensures proper management of Costs, Productivity and Manpower complement in his/her group.

The applicant must be people oriented, persuasive, self motivated and result oriented. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in the similar capacity.

Graduate in any business related discipline.
